In this clip Nikki and Anna Belle are already at the police department. They are getting ready to be transported to the court house so they need to be put into transport restraints. After they both get put into transport chains a connecting chain is used to hook them together in a chain gang. They are led to another room to get their mug shots and then led to another room where they wait to be transported.
