In the part 3 of this clip Nyxon has finished the strip search and has her friend Lola cuffed behind the back with legrions on. Next her supervisor comes in and has her put a waistchain on Lola. Then the supervisor uses another set of cuffs to attach Nyxon to her prisoner so she doesn't leave her along again.
