In the first part Rachael was arrested and released on bail, but she didn't show up for court so a warrant was issued for her arrest. An officer tracks her down through her work and arrest her at a photo shoot that she was doing. She is cuffed behind the back and taken to the station. At the station she gets her mugshots again and is then strip searched.
