Rachel is in the holding pen cuffed in front with a leg shackle attaching her to the bench when another prison is brought in. Scarlet is cuffed behind the back and the two become acquainted while waiting. Next they are both taken to get mug shots and then they are both locked together in a holding cell. Scarlet doesn't think its fair that Rachel is cuffed in front and she is cuffed behind with a tight pair of hinged cuffs.
