Rachel is cuffed to the wall at intake waiting to be processed. Later Officer Adara comes in and uncuffs her from the wall and recuffs her behind the back. She then performs a search of Rachel and removes her boots for the mugshots. After the mugshots Rachel puts her boots back on and then she is put into transport restraints by Officer Adara and taken to a holding cell.
