Sami Miller is cuffed up with black american handcuffs and legirons. She is also wearing a waist chain and a lock box. She is seated in a chair and then gets up and walks around. This was one of my shorter clips(about 2:30) so I added about a minute of pictures to the end of it. The pics are from other clips of Sami that I will be putting up.
