In this clip Riley is arrested at home by a detective. She has to be tackled to be handcuffed and keeps causing trouble for herself with the detective. Eventually she is put in the back of the police car and driven off. It got dark before Riley went in the car so it's not very good lighting. There is a 2nd angle of the car ride at the end.
