In this clip Lilly Bee is brought into the prison. She was arrested for running an illegal dominatrix business. She is in full transport restraints. The prison guard tells her that they have a problem prison and ask if she would be interested in helping out. She agrees so the guard wheels in Riley cuffed standing spread eagle in a prisoner cage. Lilly now gets to teach Riley proper prisoner behavior.
