In this part the Warden returns with some more restraints for Rose. She is then shown with heavy weighted leg shackles, her hands cuffed over her head, and a crotch rope that the Warden attaches to the other side of the cell so she can pull it tight on Rose. She tells Rose this is preventive punishment to show her what happens if she does break the rules. She plays with and teases Rose for a bit before tightening the crotch rope and then leaves her there by herself.
