In this clip Scarlet is brought into intake wearing handcuffs behind her back and shackles. She is left in a chair and Officer Dixie Comet is working intake. Dixie performs a search on Scarlet and then eventually puts her into a waistchain. Later JJ Plush is brought in already cuffed and shackles. JJ and Scarlet get chained together so they can both be transported to court.
