In this last part the officer gets Serene ready for transport. Since she has been such a pain already he uses the tubes on her as well as hinged cuffs, lock box, connecting chain, and legirons. After getting her cuffed up he lets her make a phone call and doesn't help her much trying to hold the phone with her tubes on. After her phone call she waits in a chair until it is time to get going.
