In part 2 Serene has her plastic cuffs taken off and is told to put her top back up before she is recuffed into the waistchain. After that she is led over and told to sit in a chair. Serene is having to much fun flirting with the officer and unties her top again letting it fall down. The officer tells her she needs to cover up and she holds her top up for awhile until the officer decides to take her to a holding cell to wait.
