In this clip Sikora is in her cell when a guard comes in and cuffs her behind the back, puts leg irons on her, and pats her down. Next he searches her cell until he finds what he is looking for. He leaves Sikora in the cell while he goes and talks to the Warden. He comes back and takes Sikora upstairs where he puts high security restraints on her and transfers her to the maximum security wing.
