In part 2 Scarlet went to see the judge and now the officer finds her in intake strapped in the restraint chair. She says she got mad at the judge and flipped out and they put her like that. He says that he is going to leave her in the chair until she calms down so she is then wheeling into a holding cell. She is strapped in the chair for over 22 minutes.
