In part 2 Officer Comet has the step-mother and step-daughter sit down in chairs to wait. They are still handcuffed behind their backs and also get shackles put on them while they wait. When it is ready to be transported to the court house Officer Comet puts waist chains on each of them and has their leg shackles connected by a chain.
