In this last part Dixie finishes putting the transport restraints on the step-mother and then leads them over to the chairs where she puts shackles on them. They are left there for awhile and they are taken for transport where you see them walk down a long hall. Hopefully I'll continue this clip soon at the jail set for their “arrival” to jail.
