In this clip Stoney has been making lots of mistakes at her job and her boss has had enough. He doesn't want to fire her because he likes her, but can't let her keep getting away with mistakes so he offers her a deal. Let him keep her handcuffed in the office sometimes and to play along with his games. She thinks it is a little weird, but overall a pretty good deal.
