In this last part Sybil continues with her fantasy until man enters the room. Caroline tells her it is ok, it's just her business partner. Caroline is not supposed to have clients in the house when he's not there because of safety. He's mad and wants to teach Caroline a lesson so he cuffs to the ring with Sybil and then she also gets a matching crotch chain just like Sybil has.
