In this clip college girls Tara and Constance come to a local bar and try to get some drinks. The bartender notices that they have fake ids so she stalls them with some ice water while she changes the keg, but really she is calling the police. An officer arrives and verifies the bartenders story and places both girls under arrest. They are later put in the holding cell at the station still cuffed behind the back.
