In this clip Tara is brought into the holding cell cuffed behind the back and then she gets searched and has leg cuffs put on. After that she is left for awhile until an officer comes back in and puts her in a waist chain and moves her hands to the front. She is left like this for awhile until she is taken out to see the judge.
