In this clip Dixie and Tisiphone play convicts who finally got busted and now are going to be extradited to the state they are wanted in. A transport officer enters the cell block and puts them lock boxes behind the back with the chain through the crotch for extra security. They have escaped before and he is going to make sure they don't this time.
