In this clip Zoey is brought in with plastic cuffs on her ankles and wrist. She gave the officer a hard time him to zip tie her ankles. She doesn't want to calm down so he puts her on the floor until she tires out some. Later he cuts her cuffs off only for her to try and run away. He puts her n the restraint chair and then takes her to a holding cell and leaves her to sober up.
