In this clip Officer Kristi is working at the jail when a man and women are brought in for charges. They are both cuffed behind the back and wearing legirons. They are left in chairs until Kristi comes back to search them and then they are each put into cells still cuffed behind the back. Later they are let out of the cells one by one and put into transport chains and then made to wait until it is time to go see the judge.
