In this clip Dixie is working undercover as a so she can bust crooked cops who don't arrest hookers in exchange for sexual favors. It doesn't take long before a cop finds her and starts giving her a hard time. She refuses to give him a blow job so he slaps the cuffs on her. She pleads not to go to jail so the cop makes his offer one last time. She agrees to blow him to keep from getting arrested. He un cuffs her and she gets on her knees, but instead of a blow job she pulls out her badge and arrest him. She cuffs him behind the back and searches him. She also puts leg shackles on him.
