In this clip a prisoners attorney (Kristi) is at the jail to meet with him. The guard (Anna Belle) cuffs him behind the back through the bars of the cell and puts legirons with a connector chain on him and then takes him to see his attorney. Kristi is upset that her clients handcuffs are on so tight and demands they be loosened and put in front. After moving the cuffs Anna Belle leaves.
