Time for a fresh face: In this clip the officers Mike and Kacy give a warm welcome to Irina Melova. She is arrested for causing an automobile accident. The cops cuffed and shackled Irina in the office. There the handcuffs and legirons are undone and the suspect has to take off the jacket.
