From the police report of officer Mike Jones: My partner officer Rick Bayonet and I were called to the Eastlake Park on 10/10/08 at five o clock PM for /battery (PSC 240/242). We arrived at 5.07 PM the crime scene and spoke with the victim/witness Sue James.
