From the police report of officer Kacy March: Officer MJ and me confronted a vagabond on Sunday, 8th, 2009, at 3.14 PM. Officer MJ decided to handcuff and frisk him. So the suspect got ordered to face the wall and spread the legs for handcuffing. Then officer MJ frisked the man thoroughly. Found was a unregistered .38. Officer MJ handed it to me.
