This means: finding of the personal data, Miranda warnings, short questioning, weighing, measuring, mugshots, fingerprints. Eliza is naked, handcuffed and shackled during the procedure till the fingerprints. After that, she has to put on her clink wardrobe (orange inmate jumpsuit without pockets, white socks, idiot shoes); then she gets secured again with handcuffs and legirons.
