This clip shows some prone arrests in teamwork. One officer secures and orders the suspect in the correct arresting position; the other officer (cadet Kacy March) puts the handcuffs on. Friendly handcuff training volunteer is trainee Lil Mo. All prone arrests including a body check; used are only chain style handcuffs. Shown is also how to help a cuffed person to stand up (with some accidentally upskirt views). Much fun!
