The officers the Tipsyen girls to the sobering-up cell. There, the handcuffs and legirons are taken off, also their shoes. After the officers have leaved the cell, lovely Baby Dee tries to rest, but Kacy begins to rampage and to brawl, so the officers need to come back and to hogtie Kacy with three pairs of handcuffs.
