Rocka Sanny is in the wrong place at the wrong time; two cops (Kacy March, M. Jones) do a routine control and notice that the girl is boozing behing the steering wheel. The instruction to get out of the car is ignored, so the officer takes her out by and with pepper spray. Outside the car the resisting boozer gets handcuffed and then leaned forward over the engine cover. There she gets frisked by officer Kacy March. Then it is also time for the legirons. After that procedure one cops searches the wheeler for firearms, etc. and at end the cops lead the cuffed and shackled girl off.
