Kacy and Rocka are on the way to a party but unfortunately they get into a traffic control. The cops check the documents and suspect that both girls are a bit Silly. So, Rocka has to get off the car for frisking and a field sobriety test. The suspicion is confirmed and Rocka gets handcuffed and shackled. After that moaning Kacy is next in line: Staning against the car, she is frisked and then also cuffed and shackled. Ongoing, one cop searching the car for etc. and at end the boozehounds are led away. A clip with typical Phoenix-weather and -vegetation ;-)
