Lil Mo and Kacy March are police cadets, who are sharing the same chamber. Lil is learning for a test about arrestings and handcuffing techniques when Kacy comes in from a pause. The ambitious girls decide to train a little bit together for more practice. First, Kacy acts as guinea pig for Lil and gets shackled with chain style handcuffs and legirons in the prone position.
