This clip situates in the prison gym. First, jailbird Mia Wallace gets escorted in the fitness room; the guard uncuffs her, and then she begins to train her body with bench-press, sit-ups, biceps curls and so on. After some time the guard comes back with inmate Kacy March. The guard uncuffs her too, so she can train. But, what a pity, the two girls loathe each other and so trouble is preprogrammed.
