Sophie is standing on the slaves head whilst wearing her short skirt and black stockings and black shiny platform heels, half way into the clip she takes off her stockings whilst still standing on his head, she then continues to stand on her slaves head whilst he suffers beneath her body and shoes this time without her stockings, these shoes are really hard and inflict a lot of pain on her victims head.
