The action is strenuous and competitive with both trying to wear out the strength of their rival enough to lock on that inevitable crushing squeeze that leads to a submission. It takes several minutes of intense struggling but one of them eventually accomplishes this goal with a well earned tapout.

There’s no quit and no relent in either of them though as they get right back to their knees to continue the slippery struggle, both determined to come out on top!
