Mike Buffalari comes home from the beach to find himself attacked and bound at the hands of Frank The Tank whom he had a bad scuffle with at the beach. Stripped off of his clothes and dignity Mike undergoes a brutal lashing and torment. The muscle hunk is bound helpless and gets spanked, whipped and choked by Frank as he screams and struggle in pain to break free.
