Candles step daughter Victoria has been racking up high cell phone bills with late night texting. One morning before work Candle finally had enough and tied Victoria to her bed. To get her message across Candle brutally tickles her amazon step daughter from head to toe repeatedly. After several minutes Victoria finally concedes to stop her texting.
