Bianca The Exchange Student
Bianca has been attending Tickling U for awhile and living in the dorms. The Dean Of Tickling, Molly, has been getting some reports that need to be addressed. Bianca cannot stay in the dorms anymore so Molly takes her in to her home and explains the rules to Bianca. Molly comes home a few days later to a messy sink full of dishes and has to punish Bianca properly. This means tickling her very large feet for several minutes. Hopefully Bianca learns her lesson quickly.
