Doctor Heart is yelling at two female nurses because they are doing a bad job with the treatment. The nurses decide to teach the doctor a lesson. They easily overpower her and roll her up in a sheet. Only her head and feet are sticking out. The doctor is yelling at the nurses, telling them they are fired and she is going to call the police. The nurses just laugh. One nurse holds up a ball-gag.
