Constance got poor Jennifer to agree to let her tie her to the bed to tickle her but as soon as she is tied she starts getting nervous. As soon as Constance fingers hit her toes she forgets about her nervousness and starts laughing and struggling. Constance tickles her feet with fingers, a hair brush and finally a toothbrush. Jennifer tries to get away several times but Constance won't let her.
