Phoebe Just Wants To Play
Tiny Rene is stretched tightly and duct taped to the tickle board when Phoebe is told she can tickle her and she starts looking really scared. When Phoebe's strong fingers dig deep into her ribs and armpits Rene goes crazy laughing. Then Phoebe moves to her hips making her laugh and snort but when she grabs the toothbrush and goes after her tiny feet Rene starts to lose it.
