The first time Rene was stretched out out on the rack she had no idea what she was in for. Phoebe starts tickling her upper body and she goes nuts laughing and trying to struggle. After a bit Phoebe grabs the flosser and starts in on her feet making her laugh even harder. When Phoebe moves back to her armpits Rene can barely take any more but when she moves to her hips Rene almost yacks us to stop the tickling.
