The slave is waking up from being ... and realizes he is locked with taped mouth. He is struggling (important) shaking his hands and body, trying to implore Larisa to set him free, but his mouth is taped. Larisa comes over and stands right above his face, her high heels are right on both side of the hole, right on the hole edges, very close to his face but leaving his eyes clear to watch up between her legs.

Larisa says he can struggle but he is hopeless, she is not going to release.
