Another part of my strength training in the gym, bench pressing & squats with a barbell. In this clip I bench press 25kg with reps of 5, filmed from the front (with a very tempting bikini gusset shot), from the back and from the side. This is followed by squats with a barbell weight of 30kg and reps of at least 8. Filmed full length from the front, from the back (watch my ass tries to eat my bikini bottoms) and from the side. I am wearing only my blue bikini and trainers throughout this entire training clip. F0350
