Then step into the container, and focus on using the soles of the sandals to smash the juices out. I don't care much for stabbing through them with the heels, so keep that to a minimum. The goal here is just to put firm pressure on them with the ball of your foot in an effort to get the fruit to squirt as far as it can. The camera view will be from your point of view, and a fixed position hovering just over the top of the container looking down at your feet as you destroy these grapefruits. Feel free to empty the container between shots so it doesn't get overfilled. Save 3 grapefruits for the end, and put the camera on the floor, head on facing it so we can watch as you use your foot to slowly, but very strongly squeeze the contents out of the fruit. Once it has been completely smashed, grind it like you're putting out a cigarette with passion. Bend the sandal while doing it for maximum pressure. Do one grapefruit with your foot facing front wards, one from the side, and one looking away from the camera so the sole is showing.
