Revving for 4 minutes, then giving the car a break while you take off your right shoe. You swing your legs outside the car, cross your right leg over your left, and take off your right shoe. WIth your leg still crossed, you work your toes a bit (lifting them up and down as far as you can). You then resume revving barefoot for 5ish mins.
