Today I'm going shopping in town. I park in the parking garage and go into town. Only later do I notice that my shoe is too small and my feet are hurting terribly. On my way back to the parking garage I have to take off one shoe again and again because my foot hurts so much. I then go on and on with just one shoe and one shoe out. I don't care if people can see my tights and red toenails. When walking with just one shoe, my tights get dirtier and dirtier on the sole. But I have to walk like this because otherwise my foot hurts a lot.
