Karina shows up at Grant's door, asking to borrow some sugar for her cupcakes. Grant's wife just left to go to the grocery store, and Karina's appearance is no accident, as she makes it clear she'd really like to hook up with him. She's throwing herself at him, and he turns her down, but invites her in anyway...clearly he's keeping his options open.
